As founder of Gold Rabbit Sports, he brings sharp strategy, fast execution, and a global perspective to every partnership. A multilingual marketer and SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree, he’s also a three-time Ironman and proud husband and dad. André believes the best partnerships don’t just show up—they stand out and stand for something.

Carter is a seasoned sports marketing executive with over 30 years of experience building impactful partnerships across the global sports landscape. As Managing Partner at Gold Rabbit, he leads strategic consulting efforts that help brands and rightsholders grow revenue, reach new audiences, and unlock long-term value. Prior to Gold Rabbit, he led business development at Breeders’ Cup Limited, where he launched U.S. horse racing’s first national sponsorship platform and secured major deals with brands like Emirates Airline and GREY GOOSE Vodka. His career spans grassroots work with the NBA, NFL, AVP, and MLB, as well as expanding the NBA’s experiential footprint in Europe. Born in France and a University of Virginia grad, Carter brings global perspective and deep industry connections to every engagement.

Nick is a strategic advisor with nearly 30 years of experience guiding global brands and rightsholders across the FIFA World Cup, NFL, MLB, NBA, and Olympic Games. Known as “Nikipedia” for his encyclopedic sports business knowledge, he’s led over $1.1 billion in sponsorship deals across telecom, finance, CPG, healthcare, and automotive. A recognized Olympic expert, Nick has worked every Games from Sydney 2000 to LA28, supporting clients like Cisco, Athleta, Delta, and DICK’S Sporting Goods. His specialties include rights management, athlete endorsements, and navigating Rule 40. Nick also champions mentorship and LGBTQ+ inclusion, building teams with purpose and perspective.

Matt brings 25+ years of experience creating and managing standout brand experiences across B2B and B2C landscapes. Before joining Gold Rabbit, he held senior roles at agencies like Octagon, UEG, and 160over90, leading programs for brands like Topgolf, PUMA, JBL, and The North Face. Known for his “Swiss Army Knife” versatility, he’s worked across national events, Olympic broadcasts, action sports, and horse racing operations from Kentucky to Wyoming. Matt takes a hands-on approach to every project, ensuring flawless execution from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations. Based in Norwalk, CT, he’s a proud dad of two, a passionate golfer, and likely the third-best player in his own home—and totally fine with that.
